Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Sealer  is a high-performance, quick-drying water-based primer sealer. This primer effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel.
It is mould and mildew-resistant, making it ideal for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It permanently and completely seals stains such as graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt. This primer is compatible with all top-coat paint and bonds to all surfaces including ceramic, tiles, galvanising, aluminium, glass, gloss paint and PVC.
